Wordpress 2.2.3 released

I am posting this, in case any of my wordpress readers haven’t come across this news story today.
2.2.3 is a security and bug-fix release for the 2.2 series. Since this is a security release, we suggest you upgrade immediately. Two of the fixes are high priority.
So Wordpress has released a newer version of their blogging software, more details can be seen here . At least it’s the weekend, otherwise I would have a hard time trying to update all my blogs !

Thanks for the tip. I sometimes don’t login to my dashboard every day, so if I hadn’t read this here, it would have been Monday or Tuesday before I would have found out. Thanks,

You might want to check out the Automatic Update wordpress plug-in if you don’t want to update manually.
Took me only 1-2 minutes to update

I’ve seen this mentioned on sites before, but I am okay with uploading the file, and overwriting the data.
I normally have my FTP and SSH client open to the server the whole day anyway.
Maybe for people who are new to wordpress it would be a great pilugin. (thanks for the coment WarriorBlog :D)
